Workers' comp insurer seeks $86.25M in IPO

MoneySeaBright Insurance Holdings Inc., a Seattle-based provider of workers' compensation insurance for selected industries, has proposed raising $86.25 million in an initial public offering, according to a filing Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
